Final Dates

It has been a crazy busy week. We got tentative date for our third and final trip. They are not set in stone until after court. We will leave again on 4/19 (yes that is one week from when we return, ouch) for St. Petersburg. We will have paperwork to do and will pick up the boys on 4/24/09. We will then travel to Moscow where we have to go to the US Embassy and procure visa's and passports. Then we should be able to head home with the boys on 4/29!! Wow it seems surreal and I still find myself holding my breath at every turn. We are working on the logistics of traveling with a 2 year old and 3 year old. Let alone two who we can barely communicate with. We are trying to learn as many Russian words as possible to help ease the transition. Jeff is working like mad trying to keep the farm on track and I am trying to wrap up as many projects as possible at work before we leave. We will keep you updated as we go. Thanks for the kind words and support. God is Good. J&J

  1. Just counting the days...can't wait to get wait to get our little men home where they can get all the TLC they deserve.
God works in mysterious ways. The fact that Blake has been moved to the same Baby Home as Travis is fantastic! Hopefully they will be together and able to start the bonding process.
Jeff, "Don't Sweat the Small Stuff". The peas and corn will get planted and as meticulous as Jodi has been with all the paper work all will go smoothly. PMA (Positive Mental Attitude)! mom-mom

  6. When you see a comment posted like Sydney did it makes you say WOW. I am a fortunate guy too have the women in my life. I must sa when someone asks, You want five kids?!?!, that I chuckle to myself. With the daily rewards as demonstrated in Sydney's above comment why wouldn't I want 5 or more??

Jodi's and I are scrambling right now. We think we have it all together but what if or how about? Yes we are scard sh______less. We appreciate all of the love, support and comments from all. Yes the comments keep us strong so keep them coming. We strongly believe this is God's plan for us and through him all is possible.

    Love and thanks to all
